Hi all, introducing my first ever blog!!
And to kick start things the whole reason why I started this blog is to share with you on my IBM Corporate Service Corps journey to Brazil!!
So what is Corporate Service Corps (CSC) all about?
This is an internal IBM program offered to employees in providing them with leadership development opportunities while working on specific projects in providing communities and organizations solutions / experts advise in emerging markets.
Usually it will be in a group of 10-15 people from different background, countries and skills on a four week community-based like assignments. In short it is like a peace corps program that is offered internally by IBM as quoted in business week.
